These exercises will be focused on body alignment, balance, stability, strength and endurance. In addition to that I will also share with you metaphors I created in the gym that allowed me to connect the physical aspect of exercise to the emotional nonphysical aspect of it. Learning how to use metaphors, energy and emotions in your daily physical exercise routines is a powerful way to reach new heights that you may have never reached before.
